Besides delaying the exam, the government has decided to finally conduct the NEET exam on September 13. Similarly, the IIT-JEE exam was also postponed due to the pandemic. However, the exams are now taking place and the government has strategized the rules and regulations to ensure maximum safety of the candidates.

Here’s a list of tips that can help you.

Revision

As the time comes close, start revising your topics at least 2 weeks prior to the exam and don’t start anything new. It’s better to concentrate on the already prepared notes rather than working on the weak areas. Also, try to revise the formulas on your tips. It can help you increase the score.

Accuracy and Speed

Utilize this time to work on your speed by solving mock tests. The idea is to focus on accuracy to avoid negative marking. Don’t attempt questions that don’t lie in the strong areas. Keep the momentum going and move on to the other question if not able to solve.

Stress

It’s normal to feel overwhelmed with the exams, however, don’t let it consume you. Therefore, try to relax by involving yourself in other activities to beat the stress. Furthermore, don’t try to overthink the scenarios. Just be confident and believe that you will give your best. Studies have shown that the more calm and confident, the better you’re able to perform.

Discussion

Many students discuss with their friends about their preparation and get scared. It’s a common tendency but should be avoided. It can hamper your performance and make you feel inadequate in your preparation.

 Admit Card

Don’t forget to keep your admit card and ID proof ready with you. Wear a mask for protection and get up early the morning of the exam. Check you have got all the essentials covered before leaving to avoid last minute hassle.

We hope these tips will be able to help you achieve your goal. All the best!
